Can I place an order as a gift?
Yes. We wrap each gift with special care so that the experience is special from the very first moment.
You can add:
- An A5 watercolor print for €12 , ideal for framing and adding a handwritten note on the back.
Just select these options when making your purchase. If you prefer, we can also ship it directly to the recipient.
When will an out-of-stock product be available again?
Each design and print combination is produced in a limited edition of a maximum of 21 pieces .
- If the piece appears as pre-order , it means that it can still be ordered.
- If it appears as unavailable , it's because we've reached the limit and it won't be produced again. We value exclusivity.
If a piece you liked is no longer available, we encourage you to choose another print and write to us. We can always help you find an alternative that suits you.
Where are the parts manufactured?
All our pieces are made in Madrid , one by one, in local workshops and under the direct supervision of Ana Cristina.
How many units are there per design?
Each design and print combination is made in a very limited edition: only 21 pieces .
This way we ensure that each piece is truly special and exclusive.
What are the delivery times?
We offer two types of shipping:
- Standard Shipping: 3 to 10 business days.
- Express shipping: 1 to 4 business days (may vary in islands or remote areas).
The delivery time is calculated from the date the order has been shipped. We will send you a confirmation email with the tracking link.
How long does shipping take?
We process orders within 1 to 3 business days. In mainland Spain, delivery is usually within 24 to 72 hours. For international shipments, it can take 3 to 10 days, depending on the destination.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once submitted, you'll receive an email with the tracking link.
What is the return policy?
You have 15 calendar days from receipt of your order to request a return.
Pieces must be unused, in their original condition, with tags and accessories included.
Returns on custom-made or pre-order items are not accepted.
Who covers the return costs?
- Within the EU: the customer bears the return costs.
- Outside the EU: the customer covers shipping and customs costs.
We do not accept returns with outstanding charges.
How do I request a refund?

How should I care for silk pieces?
Silk is a very soft and durable natural material. To keep it in perfect condition:
- Iron it with steam at a low temperature (max. 110°C).
- Wash them by hand with cold water and mild soap, or take them to a dry cleaner.
- Dry them in the shade, without twisting.
- Avoid rubbing against rough or sharp surfaces.
What are the pieces made of?
We work with natural or naturally sourced fabrics , mainly high-quality Italian silks from the Lake Como area.
Each print is created from a hand-painted watercolor by Ana Cristina , which adds character, texture, and soul to each piece.
Can I order a custom watercolor?
Yes. Write to us at info@anacristinapd.com telling us your idea. We'd love to help you bring it to life.
Where can I see the pieces in person?
We don't sell in physical stores. If you need to see fabrics or would like to schedule a personalized appointment, please write to us. We'd be happy to assist you.
